Goods once sold will not be taken back or exchanged. 

Home delivery has been outsourced to a 3rd Party logistics partner - HUM. Home Delivery will be available at select locations within Thiruvananthapuram. HUM will handle the Shipping logistics for your orders and ensure it reaches the Shipping address safely, as committed. To enquire about the status of your home delivery you can contact HUM via phone or Whatsapp at +91 9400600183. 

Kindly understand that Home delivery will not be available in containment zones. You need to disclose upfront if the Shipping address is in a Containment Zone. Home Delivery is subject to the condition that the delivery agent will be able to reach you at/near your shipping address. If the delivery agent cannot deliver, there will be no refund for your order and you will have to collect the Order from our Shop.

If the shop has to be closed due to any Govt mandated lockdown due to Covid-19, all online orders will be cancelled. We will intimate you of the cancellation process if this happens. Stay safe. 

Certain bakery items that have to be kept in a refrigerated environment (like Pastries, etc) cannot be home delivered. They have to be collected from the shop.
