Are only cake pieces available for online sale?
Both cake pieces and whole cakes are available for online sale. For cakes pieces, there is a specific minimum threshold quantity of pieces to be ordered for each cake. Whole cakes are available in different sizes; please click on the individual cake for details.
Will the cakes bought online be as fresh as the ones available at the shop?
Our cakes are never made more than 24 hours in advance of when you need it. Every cake is custom made to order and we use only the finest, freshest ingredients to make it for you. That's why our cakes not only look beautiful, they taste amazing too!
How early must I order cakes and how soon will the cakes bought online be delivered to me?
After updating the Shopping Cart, you can see the available delivery date and time for the order, which is based on when the order is placed.

Where will the online purchases be delivered?
All online Purchases will be delivered at our shop and will have to be collected from there. Square One Homemade Treats is open six days a week from Monday to Saturday, from 9.30 am to 8.30 pm.

While ordering a cake online,you can choose a pickup time from five predefined store pickup timings: 10:00am, 12:00pm, 2:00pm, 4:00pm & 6:00pm
Is there a minimum order for online purchase?
The minimum order is Rs.250/-
Are debit cards accepted for online purchase?
We accept all credit card, debit card and net banking payments for purchases. Payment instructions are included with your order confirmation.
Do you make cakes for special occasions?
We create custom cakes for office events, celebrations, birthday parties, weddings, anniversaries and meetings. We can deliver to your address at a time that is convenient for you. You can also gift a cake to a Friend. When you place your order with us, let us know the delivery time and recipient's delivery address. We will even include a card and/or personal message from you. Only please make sure that someone will be available to accept the delivery as we are unable to make multiple delivery attempts.
Should I refrigerate my cake once it is delivered?
We will let you know if your cake requires refrigeration. Most of our classic butter cakes should NOT be refrigerated. Instead, leave it in the box at room temperature until you are ready to serve it. Only our whipped cream-based pastries should be refrigerated if they will not be served within a couple hours.
Do you have Home Delivery Service for Cakes ordered Online?
Yes. We offer Home Delivery of online orders in select locations within Trivandrum on a paid basis. We have partnered with HUM services, a food logistics provider, to ensure your cake orders are delivered at your door-step on time.
